The Fitness Barn with Sally Donegan
Sally is a qualified Advanced Personal Trainer. Her passion for sport, exercise and health led her to train as a Personal Trainer in Oxford in 2010. While studying she became interested in remedial treatment for both sport and non-sport related injury and went on to study at Regents College in London to gain her qualification as a Remedial Sports Therapist.
Her personal sporting interests include dressage and tennis. She bred her current dressage horse Ragazzoni’s Ruby in 2007 and started competing her last year. When time allows Sally also enjoys taking part in runs and road cycling events.
Everyone has a reason to exercise. Working with Sally one-on-one gives you tailored sessions for your specific requirements. One on one also benefits anyone wanting additional support, motivation and encouragement. Sally has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 hours before the class you will be given a rebooking code for the full amount of another class.
